What areas of the UK does Slate & Ivy Realty serve? +

Our primary office is located in Westminster, London, and we primarily serve clients across Greater London and the South East. However, for many of our advisory, investment, and relocation services we work with clients throughout the United Kingdom. How do I get started with one of your services? +

One of our consultants will arrange an initial discussion to understand your requirements and recommend the most appropriate service for your needs. There is no obligation at this stage — we want to ensure we are the right fit for you before we proceed.

Are your service fees fixed or do they vary? +

The prices shown on our website represent standard service fees and are fixed for each service as described. In some cases — particularly for complex commercial instructions or bespoke advisory work — we may agree a tailored fee arrangement. All fees will be confirmed in writing before any instruction commences, with no hidden charges or surprises.

Do you work with international clients who are relocating to the UK? +

Absolutely. International relocation is one of our specialist areas. We regularly assist professionals, executives, and families relocating to the UK from abroad — providing housing search, area orientation, move-in support, and ongoing guidance. Our team is experienced in working remotely across time zones and can accommodate virtual consultations to begin the process before you arrive in the UK.

What is the difference between your Tenant Placement and Full Property Management services? +

Our Tenant Placement Solution is a one-time service that sources and screens tenants on your behalf — once a suitable tenant is secured and the tenancy is prepared, our involvement concludes. The Full Property Management Package is an ongoing service covering the entire lifecycle of your tenancy: tenant sourcing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, compliance monitoring, and regular reporting. It is ideal for landlords who prefer a completely hands-off approach.

Can I use more than one service at the same time? +

Yes, and many of our clients do. For example, an investor might engage our Buy-to-Let Investment Consultation, followed by Tenant Placement, and then our ongoing Landlord Support Subscription. We can coordinate multiple services seamlessly and will often discuss a combined approach during your initial consultation. Please ask about any available package arrangements when you get in touch.

How long does each service typically take? +

Timescales vary depending on the service and your individual circumstances. A Relocation Consultation Call, for example, can be arranged within days. A Tenant Placement typically takes two to four weeks depending on the property and market conditions. Commercial leasing and investment advisory services may run over several months. We will provide a realistic timeline estimate during your initial consultation based on your specific situation.

Is my personal data kept secure when I use your services? +

Yes. Slate & Ivy Realty Ltd takes data privacy very seriously and complies fully with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your personal data is used solely to deliver the services you have requested and is never sold to third parties. What is your cancellation and refund policy? +

We understand that circumstances change. If you wish to cancel a service before it has commenced, we will provide a full refund of any fee paid. Once a service is underway, refunds are assessed on a pro-rata basis depending on the work completed at the point of cancellation. Services that have been fully delivered are non-refundable.
